Digital Account Manager - East Coast

ABOUT THE TEAM AND ROLE

The Lukens Company (TLC) is an award-winning full-service direct response agency that is seeking a Digital Account Manager to join our digital team in our Arlington, VA office. The Digital Account Manager will lead the day-to-day execution of digital campaigns that supports our clients with fundraising, membership acquisition/retention, and marketing. They will be in contact with clients daily and manage and coordinate with internal teams like design, copywriting, web development, and data and analytics. This is a very “hands-on” position that will setup and deploy emails and online advertising campaigns through Google, Facebook, and other systems.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Driving the day-to-day execution and project management of digital campaigns for a portfolio of clients; campaigns focus on fundraising, membership acquisition/retention, and marketing
  • Communicating with clients to understand their needs and provide the best service
  • Writing memos and reports
  • Leading client calls
  • “Keeping the trains running on time” by coordinating and collaborating with various teams like design, web development, copywriting, and data and analytics so that digital projects are executed with high quality, meet deadlines, and are within budget
  • Setting up and deploying emails and online advertising
  • Supporting reporting, analysis, and strategy
  • Providing additional support to your team leader as needed

WHAT WE'D LIKE TO SEE

  • 3+ years of experience in the digital space, preferably with agencies that service nonprofits or political organizations
  • Strong communication, writing, and analytical abilities
  • Experience with building and deploying emails, working in digital ad platforms, and using Salesforce or other CRMs
  • Deadline and detail oriented
  • Results-oriented “team first” attitude
  • Ability to learn new technology systems quickly
  • Desire to work for a values-driven company that seeks to improve the world for the better
